What are some quick tips for maintaining a garage door and opener?
3 Times a year it is a good idea to oil your door and opener. Using W-D 40, spray your rollers, in your tracks and lightly spray our hinges. Spray the chain on your opener. Also make sure not too much, it will drip on your garage door. TOP

But don’t spray the springs on 2” from the end of each spring. Reason why is so your spring will not come off of its cones.

What do I do if my garage door only goes up 1 or 2 inches with the opener?
Look at your coil springs and see if one is broken. You will see a space between the coils when this happens and you will need to give us a call. TOP

My garage door opener doesn’t go down and the lights on the opener flashes.
